The annual series of New York premieres and cinema classics celebrates
the work of Native Americans in the movies-directors, actors,
writers, and community activists. Screenings in April will be presented
in cooperation with the 4th Tribeca Film Festival, April 21 - May 1

Director Carlos Efraín Pérez (Mixe), winner of the Reebok Human Rights Award in 2005, will discuss his videos from the Mexican state of Guerrero. The works were produced by Promedios de Comunicación Comunitaria for the human rights center Centro de Derechos Humanos de la Montaña Tlachinollan.
