Aída Salas Estrada is an emerging videomaker from Veracruz, Mexico, whose work is dedicated to promoting the traditions and values of Totonac culture. She has a BA in communication sciences and has studied production in workshops taught by Mexican filmmaker Ricardo Benet at the Casa de Medios de Difusión y Comunicación del Centro de las Artes Indígenas El Tajín in Papantla, Veracruz.
