Eve-Lauryn LaFountain

Eve-Lauryn LaFountainEve-Lauryn LaFountain (Turtle Mountain Chippewa), an award-winning photographer and emerging filmmaker, attended the Institute of American Indian Arts' ABC/Disney Summer Film and Television Workshop in 2008, where she won the Best Cinematographer award. In 2008 LaFountain received a B.L.A. from Hampshire College in Massachusetts, where she studied film, photography, and Native American and Jewish cultural studies. While in college, she worked with Video Vanguards, a production training program run by the non-profit arts organization Youth Action Coalition, eventually becoming the head facilitator of the program. LaFountain currently lives in Los Angeles and is a page in guest relations at NBC Universal, working at the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
