An episode of the television series that explores Native cultures through food follow chef Loretta Barrett Oden (Citizen Potawatomi) on her travels to the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation and the Yurok Tribe, where she learns about preparing dishes from buffalo, salmon, and edible wild plants such as chokecherry and acorns.
