A stone holding an Aboriginal community's “Crocodile Dreaming," its stories, songs, and ancestral history, goes missing. Burrimmilla (David Gulpilil) is called back from the city by the elders to find the stone and restore harmony. The process takes Burrimmilla and his estranged brother down a path of danger—and reconciliation.

This film includes mature content.
